Heartside Hill

Heartside Hill is a housing development providing a diversity of housing types for people at various income levels. This development is under construction at the northwest corner of Trilby and Lemay Avenue. This venture is an innovative collaboration between Heart of the Rockies Christian Church, CARE Housing, Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity, and L’Arche Northern Colorado.

Heart of the Rockies Christian Church has contributed more than 8 acres of undeveloped land to transform this space into homes for people with disabilities, along with seniors and families who struggle to afford the high cost of a home in Fort Collins.

  • Heart of the Rockies Christian Church

Heart of the Rockies Christian Church is a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and is located on an 11-acre site at the northwest corner of Lemay Avenue and Trilby Road in southeast Fort Collins. As an expression of the Church’s Christian faith, it has always been the intent to use a portion of this property in service to the northern Colorado community.

As an Open & Affirming congregation, the church welcomes all people, and community programs and services are offered, without proselytizing, to persons of all races, genders, ages, economic status, physical or mental abilities, sexual orientations, familial status, and faith histories. Its mission is Loving God. Serving others. Changing lives.
